All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Bespoke garments are 'made to order' and are based and created on customer approval of all order details provided to the Track Sportswear sales team.
Refunds and/or returns for bespoke kit orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted.
In a situation where Track Sportswear has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will attempt to replace the product as soon as possible.
Any issue or fault with a bespoke order must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on www.sportsworkwear.com (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
